Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Manager for our client in Hertfordshire, for an initial period of 3-4 months.

The position of Interim Accounts Payable Manager will be a busy position and require the following;

  • In depth knowledge of the Accounts Payable process
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end AP cycle, ensuring timely and accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, employee expenses, company credit cards, and weekly payment runs.
  • Hands-on approach. friendly personality, hard working
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to potentially implement and improve existing processes
  • Good Excel skills ( VLOOKUP's and pivot tables preferable )
  • General Microsoft office skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Dynamics 365 / d365 experience - preferable to hit the ground running
