We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable, invoice processing, payment processing, check runs, and more. • Manage all accounts payable transactions including invoice entry, matching and coding invoices, and invoice processing.
• Process payments via checks, credit cards, ACH, and other authorized payment methods.
• Prepare and execute check runs while maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
