Accounts Payable Administrator Role Available

Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is searching for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a dynamic team in Calgary or Blackfalds. This role requires accuracy in processing high volumes of vendor transactions.
As part of our Accounting group, you will play a pivotal role in the AP cycle, from cost accruals to processing payments. Ensure compliance and perform reconciliations while maintaining detailed records. This position is a six-month term with potential for extension and involves a fast-paced environment needing commitment to internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute vendor payment runs and manage supporting documents
• Process committed job costs with a thorough reconciliation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closures
• Review and validate cost accruals and flag discrepancies
