Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation functions using Xero and the company's building certification software, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Managing creditors including arranging payment.
• Processing credit card receipts.
• Processing employee expense claims.
• Managing debtors including pursuing outstanding debtors.
• Referring unpaid debts to debt collection where required.
• Making financial adjustments (including refunds).
• Perform bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts and credit cards as directed.
