Accounts Officer – sole charge
Mt Eden + Parnell, Auckland | On-site | Permanent 
 
Join our client in a key, hands-on finance role supporting a busy school environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and being the trusted “go-to” person for all things finance.

The role:

Reporting into the school leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, with a mix of operational accounting and support across reporting and budgeting. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, spread across two locations, Parnell and Mt Eden.
 
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Month-end support, including journals and reconciliations
Managing contract-based billing (creating, maintaining, and updating contracts/amendments)
