Accounts Executive - Managed Services (Presales/Aftersales)

Responsible for all maintenance activities related to their accounts and/or local designated team activities. Including preparation of proposals for AMC and Services plus administrating dedicated team members while executing the work order. Main point of contact for logged cases and provides first line support. Coordinates tasks internally and externally. Continuously improving team productivity by enhancing their skillsets. Manage key accounts and develop them.

• Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests.
• Operational planning for deploying all required manpower for the execution of jobs.
• Provides instruction on maintenance scope, timelines, locations, and all relevant details.
• Arrange site visits before commencement of the job.
• Monitors progress of the work orders (cases) assigned to their respective team members.
