- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (when required))
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records, accounting documents, and supporting records.
- Prepare and manage ledgers, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, reported, and supported with the required documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
- Process invoices, payments, expense reports, petty cash, and office expenses.
