Job Description
Key Responsibilities Financial Administration Capture and process supplier invoices, customer invoices, credit notes, and journals. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and cost analyses. Ensure all finance-related documentation is correctly filed and stored according to company policies and procedures. Perform accurate data capturing and verification of financial information. Debtors and Creditors Process and reconcile debtors and creditors accounts. Follow up on outstanding debtor payments and resolve account queries. Prepare and process supplier payments. Perform complex account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer and supplier account records. Reconciliations and Reporting Reconcile cashbooks, petty cash, fixed asset registers, and general ledger accounts.
