Manage an SME client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely accounting and audit services (circa 20 audits a year).Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion in compliance with regulatory standards.Review and finalise year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.Oversee VAT return preparation.Assist clients with technical accounting issues and provide practical solutions.Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure professional growth and development.Maintain strong client relationships and address any queries or concerns efficiently.Identify opportunities for process improvements a...
