Accounts Assistant: Precise Invoicing & Payments

RIGGING & MARINE SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support finance operations. Candidates will be responsible for detailed invoice processing, payment handling, and maintaining financial records to ensure accurate accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

The position offers a competitive salary between $2800 - $3200 and a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm.
