Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our innovative Finance Team in Leeds.
Role : Accounts Assistant (Part Time – Mon to Fri 10am to 2pm)
Responsibilities
- Assist with payment processing, including allocation of customer receipts per internal bank statements onto the CRM system.
- Assist with filing, scanning and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with processing purchase invoices and expense processing.
- Assist with raising basic sales invoices.
- Respond to simple finance queries and escalating where needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Good numeracy and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn finance processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Good organisation and communication skills.
