Job Description

Accounts Assistant (Inventory) Responsibilities:
  • The Accounts Assistant will be required to handle daily/ monthly operations of inventory.
  • Prepare credit notes (CN), debit notes (DN) and goods return note (GRN).
  • Perform cost adjustments (SAM).
  • Prepare monthly stock reconciliation and schedules (DOA schedule).
  • Assist in annual stock take event, prepare stock take schedules and stock take reconciliation.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess min O levels and above.
  • Min 1 year experience in Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized and a good team player.
  • Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
