Job Description
Accounts Assistant (Inventory) Responsibilities:
- The Accounts Assistant will be required to handle daily/ monthly operations of inventory.
- Prepare credit notes (CN), debit notes (DN) and goods return note (GRN).
- Perform cost adjustments (SAM).
- Prepare monthly stock reconciliation and schedules (DOA schedule).
- Assist in annual stock take event, prepare stock take schedules and stock take reconciliation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess min O levels and above.
- Min 1 year experience in Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organized and a good team player.
- Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
