Accounts Assistant


Location: Hendon


Salary: £35, - £38,


Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm (fully office based no work from home)


Our client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Assistant to play a vital role in their Finance Department. If you're passionate about numbers and the arts, this is your chance to shine!


Responsibilities:



  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalisation and depreciation.

  • Reconcile loan accounts accurately, ensuring all details are recorded.

  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process efficiently.

  • Prepare fortnightly supplier payment runs and resolve discrepancies.

  • Manage petty cash and company credit cards, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations.

  • Review and maintain direct debits and lease schedules.
