About the role
Accounts & Admin Officer responsible for managing daily financial operations, accounting records, and customer service functions.
Key responsibilities- Handle daily cash and sales reconciliation.
- Check and reconcile GrabFood payouts.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Process payments, staff claims, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and full-set accounts.
- Manage customer enquiries via email and social media.
- Follow up on delivery platform complaints.
- Coordinate and resolve outlet system issues.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiar with food delivery platforms and POS systems.
