Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash
  • Maintain and reconcile operational data, reports, and records
  • Perform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in transaction reconciliation with customers, suppliers, and financial channels
  • Support payment processes, including offshore banking, tax, and social security payments
  • Assist in report preparation and basic data analysis
  • Support daily finance operations and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to procedure

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are encouraged to apply)
