Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Accounting Support Manager is responsible for supporting the operations teams for a well-established higher education account. The Accounting Support Manager is responsible for analyzing all aspects of finance including payroll submission, transaction summaries, cost transfers, invoice entry, inventory controls and budgets. This is a highly collaborative role that includes working with other departments, managers and stakeholders.

  • Providing analytical support to the onsite locations
  • Prepares and leads the monthly financial review with the General Manager providing custom reports as required, and responds to questions and requests
  • Prepares monthly bank account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner working in conjunction with the Head Office team
