Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of key accounting functions.

You’ll oversee Accounts Payable, Revenue/Billing, Regulatory Compliance, report generation, and preparation of financial statements. You will lead the accounting team, set internal controls, and ensure that operational records reflect true financial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Management

• Supervise and verify all AP transactions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals.
• Ensure vendor invoices are coded correctly, processed promptly, and reconciled to supplier statements.
• Maintain controls on payment authorization and approval flows to reduce risk of errors or fraud.
• Monitor bank balances and ensure that banks are funded prior to endorsing payment for vendor.
