Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- With at least 1‑3 years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Background in using any accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
