Accounting Supervisor (Mérida)

• Oversee the monthly close process for the Bulgarian entity.
• Assist with the consolidated monthly close of the client's foreign entities including preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with purchase requisitions and invoice coding.
• Perform expense reimbursement approvals in Concur.
• Prepare monthly accruals for accounts payable and other liabilities.
• Perform bank reconciliations for US and international bank accounts.
• Assist with external financial audits.
• Assist with statutory audits.
• Perform VAT filings for international entities.
