Accounting Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to assist the Accounting Head to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of the accounting team. Likewise, supports the organizations financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and assisting the Accounting Head for performance evaluations.
• Assign tasks and projects to accounting staff and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and reports.
• Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the Accounting Head.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
