Job Overview

The Accounting Officer must have a keen eye to detail, be persistent, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, organized, and dependable, and exercise excellent judgment. Required are excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant phone manner, and proficiency with Word and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Daily Bank Reconciliation and transaction analysis
• Daily coordination of discrepancies
• Consolidation of daily reconciliation reports
• Consolidate monthly reports in preparation of the following: Profit and Loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries in the general ledger in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
• Assist External Auditors during preparation of the Annual Financial Statement
• Other related duties as assigned by the immediate Superior
