Job Description
Accounting Specialist CDMXJOB PURPOSE: The main function is to manage and control the organization's expenditures, ensuring that all obligations, invoices, and expenses with suppliers and creditors are processed, recorded, and paid accurately and on time.
In addition to managing the entire revenue recovery cycle, from issuing invoices and following up on customer payments, to reconciling account statements and reducing overdue accounts.This position works closely with the Finance ManagerRESPONSABILITIES:Invoice processing: Receive, verify, classify, and record invoices (XML and PDF) in the accounting system.
• Tax validation: Ensure that invoices comply with all current legal and tax requirements.
• Payment scheduling: Prepare cash flow projections and schedule payments (transfers, checks, etc.) according to agreed credit terms.
