Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
- Record and process daily accounting transactions accurately
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, compliance reports, and documentation
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and verification of financial information
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records
- Provide administrative support during month-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as needed
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting or Finance Assistant is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
