- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports for the center.
- Monitor billing and collection processes for tuition and other fees, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
