About the role

Office Essential Systems Furniture Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team in Makati City ,Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other reports
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Adhere to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
