We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Team in Madrid.

This is not a “traditional accounting” role. You need to be hands‑on, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment where deadlines are real and the volume of operations is high. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our financial data while helping us build scalable accounting processes for the next stage of growth.

What will you do?

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in a high‑growth fintech environment.
• Support the automation of supplier invoice processes.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations using Embat.
• Support monthly closing activities and ensure accounting accuracy.
