Job Description

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial reports prepared by the accounting team
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and variances and providing recommendations for improvement
