Accounting Manager

Description
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to support core financial operations for a contract opportunity in Pella, Iowa. This role will oversee general ledger activity, maintain the accuracy of journal entries and reconciliations, and help keep daily cash activity and banking tasks on track. The position also contributes to month-end close, supports grant-related reimbursement tracking, and strengthens financial documentation through clear policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activity and prepare accurate journal entries to ensure reliable financial records.

• Review cash balances each day and monitor available funds to support sound financial decision-making.
