Finance:
- Perform massive and manual journal uploads during the month in AX Microsoft system for P&L preparation.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations against Contpaq system (Statutory).
- Approve accounts payable processes on a weekly basis.
Payroll:
- Review and approve payroll.
- Verify tax withholdings for employees.
- Set up departmental approvals in TRESS system.
- Review payroll concepts to ensure correct tax setups.
- Calculate and withhold Christmas bonuses.
