Job Description
Reporting to the Group CFO, the Accounting Manager combines operational finance expertise, leadership, and business partnering within an international environment.As a trusted advisor to local management, the role supports decision-making, profitability improvement, post-acquisition integration, and compliance with Group policies and local requirements.Reporting Line & Scope
Reports to the Group CFO; member of the European Finance Team
Responsible for finance operations of a €20M revenue entity in the Netherlands and Belgium
Business partner to local management; key contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities

Lead finance, accounting, and tax activities
Manage monthly/annual closing and Group reporting
Prepare forecasts, KPIs, and performance analysis
Oversee cash flow, compliance, and internal controls
