Accounting Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

The role supports the growth and profitability of Metro Pacific Fresh Farms by leading and managing the company’s accounting and financial operations. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Financial Reports (Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Books of Accounts
• Government Reports (BIR, SEC, NTC, LGUs, etc.)
• Yearly Audit Preparation
• Accounting Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures
• External Relations (Government Agencies and External Auditors)
• Property Accounting
• Leadership and Management Effectiveness
