Qualification
- Candidates must at least 4yrs. College Graduate in BS Administration major in Accountancy or BS Accountancy
- 2 yrs. experience as accounting assistant in a construction business or any related field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare/Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and do bank deposits.
- Prepare Petty cash Vouchers, Check Vouchers, Purchase Order, Billing Statement, Incoming Vouchers and others.
- Check and monitor regular and project basis employees daily time record; Encode DTR to payroll attendance.
- Assisting with communication and processing of workers compensation claims.
