Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain communication with Corp Accounting and Tax on a regular cadence updating status of all accounting processes, audits, tax and transfer pricing matters and tax planning initiatives
- Manage the accounting team responsible for processing journal entries, account reconciliations, VAT tax accounting, financial reporting and analysis in accordance with Mexican Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Manage the timely and accurate completion of month‑end close, year‑end close and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee and review, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily cash receipts, cash payments and general ledger accounting and reporting, as well as electronic accounting to SAT
