Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, HI.. Responsibilities Performs a variety of simple, routine, repetitive accounting duties which may include, but is not limited to: reviewing, computing, and verifying cashiers reports, receiving, pricing, extending, and verifying receiving reports; establishing and maintaining logs of controlled forms, coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, and register readings; verifying bank deposits; posting transactions to individual accounts receivable, vouchers, budgets, and other miscellaneous accounting documents. Performs Central Cashier duties to include, counting all cash and checks, to verify the amount recorded on the AF Form 1877, maintains change fund, takes custody of change orders to be processed by the bank and returns proper change to respective departments, making daily deposit runs with government vehicle.
