Accounting Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support a fast-paced finance team in Ohio. This role is centered on high-volume accounts payable work across multiple sites, while also assisting with receivables and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence working with accounting systems, and advanced Excel skills to help keep financial records accurate and current.

Responsibilities:
• Process a large volume of invoices each month, ensuring timely and accurate entry, coding, and payment coordination across three locations.
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities using automation tools and accounting software to maintain efficient transaction flow.
• Support bank and account reconciliations by reviewing records carefully and resolving discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.
