- Interpret, analyze, and verify transactions for expenses, inventory, or fixed assets.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
- Record weekly and/or monthly customer deductions and credit notes.
- Perform adjusting journal entries, if needed, and be approved by each department head.
- Keep track of accounts receivable and payable.
- Monitor advances to the supplier and employee cash advances, and ensure proper closure of each request.
- Ensure compliance with the month-end closing.
