- Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices
- Ensure timely supplier payments in alignment with treasury guidelines
- Manage and respond to emails within the Accounts Payable inboxes
- Create and update supplier records in SAP
- Maintain and update treasury support files and documentation
- Archive invoices validated in JIRA
- Post invoices in SAP accurately and on time
