Accounting and Compliance Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial data, and assist in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner
Coordinate with auditors during audits
