Serves as a technical advisor on financial accounting policies, systems, and procedures for appropriated accounts. Provides meaningful information to the Division Chief and Financial Management Officer, Lead Financial Management Analyst, Budget Analysts within Budget Execution and Financial Management Branch, USFK, regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management systems and practices. Reviews and analyzes a variety of documents, reports, policies, operations, and procedures within an assigned accounting or finance area.
