Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s finance and administrative functions by organizing and documenting systems, policies, and auditing processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission.
- Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
- Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Engage with bankers to manage required services and financing arrangements effectively
- Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to fulfill financial and tax reporting requirements and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with the company secretary to comply with Companies Act requirements and related government regulations
