Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Manage the full accounting and finance function.

Process daily financial transactions accurately and timeously.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Prepare and submit statutory returns where applicable.
Creditors
Capture supplier invoices onto the accounting system.

Ensure all purchases are properly authorised before processing.

Maintain supplier accounts and resolve account queries.

Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.

Process supplier payments accurately and on time.

Generate payment reports and supporting documentation.
