About the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role supports in country commercial teams in month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and statutory reporting coordination, driving process standardisation and continuous improvement within the Commercial Support Services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Close Activities
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and necessary adjustments to ensure financial statements reflect true and fair values.
- Perform detailed General Ledger (GL) account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure the month-end close process in alignment with the financial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.
