We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Odoo
• Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and financial accounts
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Generate financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist in audits and coordinate with internal teams
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
