Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure monthly management reports are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts, schedules, and financial queries.
- Develop, review, and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee individual company accounts within the group structure.
- Support senior finance leadership with ad hoc assignments, projects, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls. Minimum Requirements - BCom Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Completed articles at a Big 4 audit firm
- 5-7 years pos article experience
- FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics
- Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
