**What is an Accountant – Financial Reporting & Research?**

Financial Reporting and Research (FR & R) is responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of monthly financial results. Additionally, FR & R compiles the quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD & A) and required Regulatory filings. FR & R is also responsible for researching, assessing applicability and implementing new accounting pronouncements or other regulatory orders.
