Accountant

Our international logistics company is currently recruiting an accountant whose main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Daily Financial Review and Reconciliation
   • Review and verify daily payment transactions and charges.
   • Check accounts receivable and payable for accuracy.
   • Clear and reconcile outstanding balances.
2. Banking and Payment Management
   • Process bank transfers and online banking payments.
   • Liaise and coordinate with banks on all bank related matters.
   • Monitor company bank accounts and payment activity.
3. Administrative and Operational Support
   • Process visa related applications and renewals.
   • Manage employee accommodation arrangements and related expenses.
   • Arrange to pay company utility bills including electricity, water, internet service and office rent.
   • Coordinate and manage company vehicle management and related arrangements.
