Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Zoho Books.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate management reports and provide financial analysis.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.
- Handle petty cash management and reconciliation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related accounting records.
- Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT calculations and VAT return filings.
- Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
