Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized professional to manage both accounting operations and day-to-day office administration. Key Responsibilities Accounting Manage daily accounting transactions. Record purchase and sales entries. Prepare invoices and quotations. Maintain GST records and assist with GST filings. Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash. Coordinate with the CA for statutory compliance. Maintain accounts receivable and payable. Prepare financial reports and MIS as required. Office Administration Manage office documentation and filing. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Handle office inventory and procurement. Support HR with attendance and employee records. Coordinate courier, dispatch, and administrative activities. Assist management with daily operational tasks.
