Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management Accounts.
- Analysis and interpretation of Actual vs Budget and Actual vs Prior years.
- Assisting Financial Manager in preparation of Budgets and Forecasts.
- Take full responsibility for the general ledger through to the trial balance.
- Analysis of variances and working with Operational Management to spot trends and improve company performance.
- Preparation of weekly cash forecasts.
- Preparation of Departmental budget vs actual reports.
- Liaise with Department Managers to prepare meaningful and value added variance analysis.
- Manage the bank covenants.
- Analysis of customer profitability.
- Sales by product and user analysis.
- Compile ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Monthly reconciliations of key areas.
- Manage the audit process with the external auditing firm.
