Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor, prepare and maintain financial information and reporting in accordance with best practice.
- Support senior accountants and members of the shared service team with accounting duties including monitoring transactions, resolving queries and assisting with analysis.
- Record-2-Report activities.
- Assist in the generation of general ledger transactions and subsequent related adjustments.
- Support monthly activities including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial analysis and reports from a profit and loss and balance sheet perspective.
- Support the analysis and review of financial information of discrepancies and variances.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures including initiating any actions to reduce write offs and improve efficiencies.
- Assist audit preparations and year end activities.
